In the scene where they have rolled all the weed together, when Dante just lit the bong both of his hands are on the bong, in the very next shot he is sitting back on the couch.
In a scene towards the end of the movie where Bond and Vesper are lying on the beach, Bond has sand on his back through most of the scene. When they start to kiss, in the distant shot towards the end of the scene, he has no sand on his back at all.
When Magneto lands the Golden Gate Bridge on the island, as it hits land it is still very light. When the Brotherhood start to walk toward the island, it cuts to a wide shot of them still walking on the bridge, and it's suddenly dark.
When the huge water wheel rolls to the beach and falls on its side, it falls with the broken, wide, wood side of the axle facing up. However, as Will and Norrington climb out, inexplicably it's the slim side of the water wheel's axle that is now facing up. But in a following shot, it is the other way round again.
When Selene was painting on the wall of the prison, when she was a young child the painting was at her eye height. Now when she returns, the painting (although faded by time) is again at eye height but now she is an adult. The painting should be under the water, but would serve no purpose there since the audience could not see it.
In the scene where Sophie finds the cross key behind the painting, her hand is holding the painting while the key falls, but in the next shot, her hand isn't touching the painting at all.
When the killer (Jigsaw I suppose) is releasing Tom's children from being hung by their hands, right when they get down the rope holding them up disappears.
At the end of the film, where Big Momma is performing with Carrie's cheer leading squad, when Andrew breaks loose and climbs up the human pyramid that the girls made, and jumps, falling on Big Momma's stomach. Then Andrew says, "Big Momma." but his mouth doesn't move.
When Clouseau parks in front of the ministry of justice, he breaks the hood of two police cars. A few shots later, when we see him entering the building, only one of the cars is broken.
When Lois pulls up to the house where the blackout was traced to, she hears some music coming from the boat down at the dock. As the camera pans upwards over the car, as she steps out, the whole camera and a crew member are reflected in the side of the car.
In the scene in which JB dreams about singing "Master Exploder" in the small bar he points at one guy in the audience and literally blows his mind. When he starts pointing you can not only see JB's face, but also how his elbow is in a slight angle. In the next shot the camera shows the guy JB is pointing at and his elbow is completely stretched. The views change several times and the angle of his elbow changes after every cut until the guy's brain is finally blown out.
Right after Queen Latifah hits her head and is having a fantasy, LL Cool J is unbuttoning his shirt. The scene cuts to Queen Latifah and when it cuts back his shirt is buttoned up and his tie is tied properly. It cuts back to Queen Latifah and back to LL Cool J where his shirt is now once again completely unbuttoned.
Watch the newspapers on the front of the bus when Mos Def is getting off. At one point there is a big hole and you can see out, but in the very next shot a newspaper is covering it again.
When everybody is at the rehearsal for Grant and Julia's wedding, when Bernie does a toast to Julia and Grant, watch the level of water in Roz's glass, it changes without her even touching it.
In one scene, Clive Owen takes a piece of pizza and a bottle of water to the young boy who is being held hostage. The piece of pizza stays intact throughout the scene even though the boy is obviously eating it.
The snakes are contained in the cargo hold which is shown to be unpressurised on this aircraft (there is an altimeter which releases the snakes after it hits 35000 feet - if the hold was pressurised it would level off at cabin pressure, which is about 8,000 feet). A cargo door is left open to allow the snakes into the passenger compartment, but this would either cause the plane to not pressurise properly, causing everyone on board severe breathing problems if not worse, or would keep the hold at cabin pressure, meaning the altimeter would never reach the right level to release the snakes.
when Eric Matthews is smashing his foot, he hits it the first time and it shows a close up. If you watch the small amount of blood when he hits it again they have used the same shot.
In the scene where Tom Cruise is going to defibrillate Keri Russell to disarm the bomb in her head, no defibrillator takes 30 seconds to charge to 150 joules. Most go to 360 joules and if they are not charged in 10 seconds the batteries are depleted enough that they won't charge at all.
When Morty is showing Michael how to use the remote, Michael rewinds to a family vacation in 1976. A childhood friend of his invites everyone over to his parents' RV to watch Three's Company. Three's Company didn't premiere until 1977.
During the big sacrifice scene an eclipse happens. An eclipse occurs when the moon passes between the earth and the sun. Later, apparently that night, the night mood is set by a shot of a full moon. The moon cannot be full until fourteen days after an eclipse, when it is directly opposite the sun.
When Ashley moves in with her two friends she breaks their bathroom mirror with a hairdryer. Later on in the movie, in the scene where her two friends are giving her a pep talk about luck, we see the same bathroom mirror in the background, which is now perfectly fine. Right after that, Ashley goes into the bathroom and looks at herself in the mirror, which has suddenly gone back to being broken.
In the scene where Larry's partner is writing on the white board, a line appears and disappears from the restaurant name Macelli's in the middle to the restaurant name Macelli's on the right side.
In the parking lot at the horse track, the old cars are so huge, they don't fit properly in the tiny modern spaces. They are hanging over the backs of the spaces so badly that the drivers would only have about two feet to try and get their enormous cars out of the spaces.
There's a scene with a woman dead on the floor, in most of it her left hand is down and her right is at her mouth. But, in the last scene where she is seen, her left hand is at her mouth and her right is laying out away from her head.
