| 2 | Friends | When Chandler and Phoebe go to the jewelry store Phoebe's hair has two braids on each side that are being held together by what appears to be a hair pin, later on the scene where Phoebe is trying on a tiara she only has one braid on each side and no hair pins. |

| 10 | iCarly | In the TV movie, iGo to Japan, when Kyoko and Yuki knock on the door, someone goes to answer it. Right before they open the door, if you look at the wall, you can see Kyoko and Yuki behind the wall. |
| 11 | Hawaii Five-0 | When Chin Ho reads Wellman's license plate number to the police dispatcher and repeats it to confirm, he recites a different number the second time. |

| 19 | Eli Stone | At the start of the episode while Eli is shaving he turns around and some of the shaving cream on his face goes onto his shirt. The next shot when he leaves the bathroom the shaving cream on his shirt is gone. |
| 20 | Jonathan Creek | Creek reads a newspaper article he finds in a scrapbook. The second column of the article repeats a block of text from the first column. |
| 21 | Fringe | In "In Which We Meet Mr. Jones", Dunham comments that she works for Homeland Security. While the FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department, she works as part of a special Homeland Security task force; so saying she works for DHS is an accurate statement. |
| 22 | Alfred Hitchcock Hour | "The Jar": Charlie tells Thedy that the hair ribbon embroidered with her name cost 65 cents, "five cents a letter." But her name is Thedy Sue Hill, which is only 12 letters - or 60 cents worth. |
| 23 | Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service | McGee seeks Director Vance's permission to hack into the Sea Hawk's computer system. He says that in the past four months, he hasn't worked any crime scenes, etc. This is incorrect, as near the start of the episode, he and Ziva go to an officer's home to advise his wife that he is missing. They discover her murdered and then the team, including McGee, are working the crime scene. |
