Revealing mistake: When Kalidor, Sonja, and Falcon climb the wall, their hairs and clothes fall towards the rocks, revealing the camera trick and thus that they're crawling on the floor.

Revealing mistake: When Sonja pops out the water dragon's eyes, one can see they're not eyeballs, but a cheap, flat prop with a socket behind to plug the eye onto the animatronic.

Revealing mistake: When Varna is sliding down the rope and gets shot in the back with an arrow, the safety pad under her clothes protrudes noticeably.

Revealing mistake: During the fight at the shrine, a woman throws a warrior on top of a pile of rocks, and the rocks squeeze down, revealing they're made of foam. When the warrior falls on the floor, the rocks reinflate back to their previous shape.

Revealing mistake: During the trial, George calls Wanda a b*tch and runs towards her, jumping on the tables. The actor is replaced by a very obvious stuntman: younger, with a fuller moustache, and with longer and darker hair.

Revealing mistake: While inside the tunnel in Rome, before the yellow Fiat makes a U-turn multiple skid marks from previous takes are visible. Though one might pressume that the marks were already there, they are at the same spot and have the same pattern as the skid marks that the cars make seconds later.

Revealing mistake: When young Indy jumps from his car to the motorbike and fights against a German - and the following scene where he rides on the bike towards the train - his body and especially his face are a blatant CGI creation with unnatural movements, dead eyes, and waxy, lifeless expressions (most noticeable in theater screenings). Revealing mistake: During the flashback scene, when young Indy jumps on top of the train and runs on the roof of the carriages, it's a very obvious and lame animation with unrealistic movements.

Revealing mistake: When Taggart is in the mine and escapes from the baddies, he jumps from right to left. Seagal's stunt is noticeable.

Revealing mistake: When the Mack truck is trying to run Taggart off the road, the scenery on the copilot's window is an obvious chroma: first, it doesn't match the wide shots (bright green background vs cloudy and dull); second, it is repeated a couple of times. Also, when Taggart's car is cornered next to a mountain, the close-up shows a blue background.

Revealing mistake: When Kong strips Ann, it is a composite of two images: footage of a huge mechanical arm holding her and a puppet Kong in a miniature set. The arm footage is noticeable because the background wobbles, and the pasted area stands out from the miniature set behind.

Revealing mistake: When the sea creature appears and the raft overturns, the people falling are very obvious stiff dummies. One even falls downwards and its two feet stick up from the water.

Revealing mistake: When Kong is about to attack the train, the building on the right (a superimposed projection) wobbles like jelly for unknown reasons. It's not because of Kong's footsteps, for it never happens in any previous scenes.

Revealing mistake: At the Empire State, Kong extends his arm to grab the woman. Problem is, instead of catching her she magically flies up the air to his hand.

Revealing mistake: At the Empire State, the woman is an obvious square-shaped footage of film pasted on top of the footage of Kong. After the plane attacks Kong and his right arm goes limb it goes behind the pasted footage.
