Revealing mistake: During the chase on the bridge, when the Terminator opens the door of the moving car to shoot at the truck behind, it is obviously stuntman Peter Kent and not Arnie.

Revealing mistake: When the Terminator stabs the guy leaning over the pool table, on the last shot of him, aching, check a protruding hump on his back, revealing where a safety pad was placed under his clothes.

Continuity mistake: After being visited by Reese, Sarah runs down the corridor. Note the window shadows on the floor: There are two sets of shadows plus a blurry third one. Sarah runs past the second set towards the third, then the shot changes and she has moved back to the first set where she began her run.

Revealing mistake: When the truck chase scene ends with a wheel moving in flames, Terminator and John leave on the bike leaving skid marks on the road. Watch the left side and you'll notice another skid mark from a previous take.

Continuity mistake: At the steel mill, the T-1000 points his finger at Sarah and tells her to call John. The style and position of the loose hairs around her forehead change between frames.

Continuity mistake: The T-1000 arrives at the steel mill and grabs a striped coloured handlebar. The place he places his hand differs between the wide and close-up angles.

Continuity mistake: When Terminator shoots at the police from the Cyberdine window, from the angles in front he is in the middle of two window frames, yet from the angle shot from behind he is inches away from the left frame.

Continuity mistake: At Pescadero, after Terminator pushes a female guard away, John runs to Sarah and asks if she's okay. Her body is positioned pointing in an 8 o'clock direction first, and in the following shot in an 11 o'clock.

Continuity mistake: At Cyberdine, Gibbons' chair position differs between the shot when the second guard arrives and after he finds him laying on the floor.

Continuity mistake: At Pescadero, when the female guard breaks Terminator's glasses, from the angle behind the left lens is pointing upwards, yet from the front it's downwards and the damage is greater.

Continuity mistake: When Sarah sees the Terminator coming out of the elevator and crawls backwards panicking, there's a thick line painted on the floor. When the angle changes and shows her standing up and running, the line is gone.

Other mistake: When John and Terminator arrive at Pescadero, John's hair is immaculate, perfectly brushed, not realistic for someone who's just arrived on a motorbike.

Continuity mistake: When Sarah is about to jam the syringe in the plastic jug, watch its label and notice it turns around between frames.

Continuity mistake: At the hospital, a guard opens a door with his club, takes it away and looks inside. From a different angle the club is still on the door.

Continuity mistake: The position of Sarah's left hand clenched on the playground fence is higher-than or parallel-to her right hand, depending on the angle.

Revealing mistake: When the cop by the vending machine is about to be killed by the T-1000, the back shot of him reveals he's been replaced by an obvious mannequin. His perfectly trimmed hair along the nape is now long and messy, and a long stitch appears along his sideburn and down to the neck.

Continuity mistake: Dyson is shot at and falls on the floor, an instant later he is lying several meters to the right over a carpet.

Continuity mistake: When the Terminator arrives on earth, his position differs between the first and second shot, with his left leg protruding more/less and his back crouched/slightly raised.
