Deliberate mistake: When Finch is attempting to turn Doyle Gipson's credit back on, one close-up focuses on the framed photo and pans out to Finch's hands on the keyboard. This shot is flipped, note his wedding band and the mouse have switched sides. (00:52:20)

Deliberate mistake: After Bert is shot in his car, Bobby pulls up beside him and just after Bobby shouts, "Pop, pull over!" the first time, the next tight close-up of Bobby's face is a flipped shot. Note his earring and the scar on his upper lip have switched sides. (01:17:00)

Deliberate mistake: Troy and Chad drive into Riley's Auto Salvage and park the truck beside the trailer office (which Riley steps out of), near a tow truck. During "Boys Are Back", just after the shot with the female silhouette and the line "Save the girl," in the next shot Chad and Troy run past the trailer office, but Troy's truck has vanished. No worries, because the truck is back beside the tow truck after the song. (00:56:50)

Deliberate mistake: At graduation, after Troy is handed the diploma, in the overhead shot the graduates on the left and right stand-up from their seats, then turn and walk towards each other. All their seats simply disappear between shots. Obviously done deliberately for the dance sequence, but a mistake nonetheless.

Deliberate mistake: In the lab, when Eddie is riding his motorcycle on the upper level in the wideshots, the stunt double is rather obvious despite the added padding, due to his slimmer face and non-chunky arms.

Deliberate mistake: After the broken suspender clasp smacks Gerry in the face, in the close-up it lands under the dresser, within the wide strip of light reflection. In all other shots the entire area beneath the dresser is in shadow. (00:11:00)

Deliberate mistake: At the station, Gage is washing dishes and talking about his idea for a new poker game. In this shot the camera is positioned behind the kitchen's top/lower cabinets and sink, facing Gage. The fact that we can see the back side of the cabinetry (paper towel dispenser which hangs over sink is gone) ruins the illusion of this POV from the wall that should be there.

Deliberate mistake: Below deck aboard the Pearl, when Will says, "You make your choices in life ," and later, when Elizabeth and Will are on the beach, Elizabeth's eye makeup and curled up lashes are very apparent in her close-ups.

Deliberate mistake: After Frodo puts on the Ring at Mount Doom, when the Nazgûl fly away from the Black Gate, the next close-up of Gandalf's reaction is actually a flipped shot - the wizard's smudges are on the opposite side of his face.

Deliberate mistake: Midst the Rohirrim battle with the Orcs, Théoden shouts, "Make safe this city." Two shots later, in the flipped close-up of Théoden as he hears the Haradrim on Mûmakil, his helmet's chinstrap buckle is on his left (viewer's right), whereas it is normally on his right. (00:31:30)
