Question: What book does Jack find?
Question: Did Professor Hulk bring back the original Infinity Stones with the Blip?
Answer: No, his snap simply restored all the people Thanos' snap eliminated. They discuss it before he snaps. Tony reminds him to not try to do anything other than bring the people back.
We don't know that's all he did. Considering the Ancient One's warning that removing a stone for one's universe could have disastrous affects on that universe. One would think he would return the stones.
She was talking about removing them from the timeline, nothing about destroying them. According to the comics when the stones are destroyed the powers they represent will be made physical again in a different way. This does not happen when they are removed completely, since the power inside (the energy) cannot be reassembled again.
Destroying the stones almost killed Thanos. Hulk would not have been able to bring back half the universe and the stones with no further impact.
We do know. As stated in the answer, Tony and Hulk specifically discuss ONLY bringing the people back. Since it's stated in the film, we can say with certainty that's all he did.
As stated in the film, he also tried to bring Natasha back who wasn't one of the half Thanos snapped away, so while unlikely, perhaps he did try more.
Answer: In fiction for the character, it's stated to have a 50 round capacity. This may not be canon, since during the shooting range scene when he finally stops shooting, the round counter reads 141 and he is not shown to stop to reload. In reality the gun used was a modified Beretta 93R, which has a 15 round capacity,.
Question: Did the gang ever get busted for underage drinking?
Question: The theatrical release of this movie had a live-action prologue where Brad Bird, Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, and Samuel L. Jackson thanked us for being patient for 14 years, and telling us to enjoy the movie. Was this clip ever released outside of theaters? If so, where can I find it?
Answer: I've only seen the movie once in theaters, but I've viewed both DVD and Blu Ray openings on YouTube and didn't see it included, but you can find it if you search "the incredibles 2 theater opening." If it has or ever does air on TV, I don't think you'd see it there.
Question: The last we saw of Michael Myers he was trapped in a basement with a fire that started, and wasn't shown making any attempt to escape. I know he is never shown dead, except nothing in the movie gives any valid evidence that Michael Myers used a Houdini to get out of the basement. Nothing shows or implies that he escaped, but a sequel is in the works. If he survived during a fire then how the hell did he escape the basement?
Question: How did Atlantis evolve in 5 seconds? We are shown Atlantis being destroyed in under a minute, the entire area is underwater, how did they all suddenly breathe underwater? How did they sleep whilst they built underwater, did they just bob about like jellyfish? Why not head to land...and finally how did humans turn into crabs in under 2000 years?
Answer: People survived the fall. Atlantis was destroyed and many Atlanteans were killed but a lot survived the devastation and with their advanced technology were able to keep living and building in Atlantis. Some didn't, chose other methods, different homes. At first they used technology to breathe underwater but eventually they either evolved or developed themselves into water breathing creatures. The Crab people were Atlanteans first as well, but evolved themselves in more hostile territory, causing more elaborate changes.
Question: How is it that Dr No can grip and crush a statue, but not be able to pull himself out of a cooling vat?
Answer: His metal hands were not able to grip the smooth, metal pole. He was also submerged in boiling liquid, so he would not have had long to attempt to pull himself out before dying and sliding back down the pole.
Question: How did Anton not remember that he murdered his own parents when he was a killer all along?
Answer: He was either too high, sleepwalking or under the evil hand's control.
Question: Tyler triggers the explosives in the tunnel and dies - how does that happen? Is it literally just coincidence/hubris that he made a mistake/the card didn't work?
Chosen answer: The card didn't work.
Question: At least a couple of times the grenades make a clear "clockwork" noise before going off, which I don't recall happening in many other films. Do any grenades actually make a noise like that? Or is it actually accurate, and silent grenades are the inaccurate "movie" versions?
Chosen answer: Grenades generally do not make any sound until they detonate. When you release the spoon (lever) as you throw it, it can make a "ping" sound as its separates from the grenade. No clockwork noises. (I'm ex Army).
Question: When the line breaks Brody's head is cut. It looked like a real cut and he did looked dazed. Was that fake? Or did that really happen by accident?
Answer: There are so many anecdotes regarding the numerous accidents, ad-libs, gaffes, rewrites, mechanical breakdowns, personality conflicts, budget overruns, delays, and offscreen cast and crew antics during production of "Jaws" that you could compile it all into a book (or a movie-mistakes website). Seemingly, every bit of trivia from this film (both real and fabricated) has been published at some point over the last 45 years. But if Roy Scheider ever suffered a real-life head injury in this film, it's not among that collection of trivia; so, it's fairly safe to say that the injury was entirely scripted. In a word, fake.
Question: Why did Ace lie about killing the Terence brothers?
Answer: He's a fraud and he's trying to impress people and create a reputation. Most of what he brags about is likely either made up or was actually done by someone else.
Question: I never understood the meaning of the dialogue in a scene with the Ropers in the first episode. Stanley says to Helen something like "Too bad you're not from India - you'd be sacred there." Helen then comes back by saying "and contented." What did both of these phrases mean?
Answer: Mr. Roper was basically comparing Mrs. Roper to a cow, which is a sacred and highly revered animal among Hindus; Mrs. Roper's retort meant that she wasn't happy with her marriage or current station in life, so she'd be happier as a cow in India.
Question: I think it is the scene near the end when they are singing "Make the world go away", they pan the audience and zoom in on Amy Irving. Is that Arlo Guthrie in front of her? Sure looks like him.
Answer: I think so.
The Tale of the Virtual Pets - S6-E4
Question: When Kate first sees her friends Isabel and Tom both trapped in the handhelds, Why did she ignore the other two also trapped in it as well? She never talked to them the whole scene.
Question: After the rex attacks the trailer, Eddie arrives and the first thing Ian asks is where Kelly is. Eddie's response is "She's in the high hide." We see that it is lifted and lowered using the winch on the Mercedes car. They took two cars and the trailers to the island, one car is the one Nick and Sarah used to take the baby rex back to the trailer (and is later knocked over the cliff). The other car is the one that WAS powering the hide. How can Kelly still be in the high hide if Eddie uses that car to try and pull the trailers back up?
Answer: He probably went down the same way Malcolm did and somehow locked the hide into position so he could detach it and use the jeep. Without a winch it only could not go up or down again. Later the other people got her out of the hide using the same type of winch.
