Continuity mistake: Right in the beginning, Wade hops out a window from his home and starts walking beside it to the edge to climb to the next level down. As he starts walking he passes by another window with a curtain. It then cuts to a closer angle and suddenly the window no longer has a curtain. Also a wire appears on the wall in front of him. And you can tell it is the same house, not a time jump, as the rust at the top of the window frame is exactly the same. (00:01:15)
Continuity mistake: When Doctor Strange attempts to use the Time Stone on Ebony Maw, Maw ties up Strange telepathically and strangles him unconscious. Beside Strange is a police car and a motorbike tipped on its side. Maw then lifts the ground he is lying on, but the police car has been replaced by an SUV and the motorbike has disappeared. Continuity mistake: When Ken Wheatley is pointing his tranquilizer gun at Zia after he shot Owen, he puts the gun in his left hand and uses his right hand to wave his men down, but mid wave, the camera cuts to a different angle and he is waving with his left hand while holding the gun in his right hand. Factual error: During the mid-credits scene T'Challa is addressing the United Nations about Wakanda's true nature. A Welsh flag can be seen among the other nation's flags, which would suggest that Wales is a separate nation from The United Kingdom - not the case.
Continuity mistake: Malorie pulls out her Sig Sauer P229 handgun and begins firing but the insane guy disarms her and the handgun falls. Malorie is on a boat and the crazy guy is standing in deep water. It isn't shown where the handgun lands when it falls out of the insane guy's hand. Later on Malorie pulls another Sig Sauer handgun from the same holster, however this time it's a model P228 or possibly P226, the 226 has a 0.5 inch longer barrel. The 229 and 228 have completely different slides. The 229 is a legacy. (00:36:50 - 01:01:30)
Continuity mistake: At the wedding of her friend, Zoe drinks from her glass, looking 3/4 empty. Cut, and the glass is more than half full. (00:07:10)

When it cuts to a close up suddenly the dollar bill she's using as a bookmark appears. It's first on the right side, then switches to the left side and further down. (00:17:30)
Continuity mistake: When Kurt is in his first lecture at the Dusseldorf academy, whilst Antonius says "If he develops his own subjective abilities without external guidelines", Kurt can be seen in the background with his left hand placed over his right and both hands are equally distanced apart. Revealing mistake: Fight in the toilet of the Paris nightclub: the presumed Lark rips out the sink's drain and begins assaulting Tom Cruise with it; Walker intervenes holding him, but the nimble Asian does a flip and brutally tosses him to the ground. As Henry Cavill is bent over before being snapped to the floor, on his back, you can definitely see a protective pad through the jacket. (00:31:52)
Continuity mistake: At the start when Hope is playing in her room, in a wide shot there's a wooden stand with a plant on it by the teddy bear in the background. In a closeup of her this stand has vanished.
Continuity mistake: After Gillick saves Isabel and they get into the car, the seats in the car don't have any head rests. But after they turn, and the camera shows them in the car again, the headrests are there. (01:02:55)
Continuity mistake: When Michel finds the pink thong in the laundry and thinks it's his wife's, he climbs on her bed chewing on them playfully before she tells him it's his daughter's thong. Continuity mistake: Right when the guards enter the home and the walls explode, Arthur swaps between having short curly hair to it being very long and straight.
Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Continuity mistake: Constantine wakes up from a nightmare and sits up in his bed clutching his head. The window beside him has the blinds wide open with Big Ben seen through the window. Continuity mistake: Jennifer Aniston is backstage at one of the beauty pageant contests she is a special guest for. They hand her the envelope with the winner. She is fixing her hair with the left hand, which turns into the right hand in the reverse shot.
Factual error: Rhianna is watching a live feed of a man's office via webcam. We see a closeup of the screen. At the top it shows the filename being a ".jpeg." Jpegs are still image files, not movies, let alone live streams.
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: When they are first fighting, Will throws Ben onto the dishwasher. And as he rolls off it, there is a blue plate with a wooden spoon sitting on top of it. When Ben turns and grabs for a knife in the dishwasher, suddenly the blue plate is gone and replaced by various tupperware, and the wooden spoon is now standing up in a slot. (00:24:10)
