Toy Story 3 (2010)

Corrected entry: When Buzz gets thrown at the window during playtime at Sunnyside, if you look real closely you can see Andy's name is missing from his foot. It returns when the gang wakes up at night. (00:33:00)

Correction: When Buzz is tossed and lands on the blue bookcase, in his closeups his right foot is slanted in such a way that "Andy" can't be seen too clearly, however we can see that there is indeed writing on the bottom of his right foot, where "Andy" should be.

Bewitched (1964)

Disappearing Samantha - S2-E27

Corrected entry: Lecturer Osgood Writemeyer (later Dr. Bombay played by Bernard Fox) takes a drink from Samantha while Endora is walking around couch to give drink to Osgood. Osgood takes the drink from Samantha but says "Thank you Endora" instead.

Correction: The person you hear saying, "Oh, thank you, Endora," is Larry Tate, who just picked up a Bloody Mary from Endora's tray of drinks.

Jurassic Park (1993)

Corrected entry: A live bull is lowered in a sling to feed the raptors in the pen, but when the shredded sling is brought back up, there's no blood on it. How could they have shredded the sling without drawing blood on the bull? (00:32:40)

Correction: The sling is solid light blue with yellow stripes when it's lowered, and when it's raised the shredded blue material is quite stained, though it may not be gorily dripping in bright red blood, there are indeed dark stains (red stains on blue material change color) all over what's left of the blue material.

Corrected entry: At 1:24:48 (the BMW's chasing the van), the lead BMW has a California front license plate (white with red script) but in the rear shots taken from behind the Beemers, the BMW's all have white and blue New York rear plates. Also the front plate is gone after the initial shot. (01:24:45)

Correction: The black car you're referring to with the "California front license plate" is not actually one of the three BMWs chasing the minivan, it does not have the distinctive stripe on its hood which all three BMWs have, and we can also see the car's Chevrolet logo over its license plate.

Super Grover

Corrected entry: At the beginning, when the men are searching for E.T., the keys on the "Key Man" keep changing sides between shots.

Correction: During the opening scene, while the men are searching for ET, the keys are hanging from the left side of his pants in every shot we see them.

Super Grover

Corrected entry: When Elliott is sitting in the garden waiting for ages for E.T. to come out of the shed, the position of the moon in the night sky doesn't move during that time.

Correction: The night that Elliott's on the chaise lounge waiting in the backyard with the flashlight, in the 1982 version we only see the crescent moon in just one wideshot, so it cannot be said "the position of the moon...doesn't move during that time" since there's nothing to compare it to, and in the 2002 version the moon has actually been edited out completely in that shot.

Corrected entry: Mike and Elliot hijack the van holding E.T. and abandon it in a park, which is shown to be a significant distance from their home. When the Feds and Elliot's mother (Mary) finally show up at the now abandoned van, Harvey, the family dog, is shown waiting for them at the rear of the van. How did Harvey get there? He didn't go in the van with Mike and Elliot. If you look carefully at Mary's car when she is backing out of the driveway, you see that there is no dog, only Mary and Gert. Even if Mary did take the dog, it is shown being there before they arrive at the park.

Bruce Trestrail

Correction: When Michael drives the van onto the playground and stops, in the shot from behind the three boys on their bikes we actually see Harvey, the dog, between Greg and Steve. Earlier, when Michael steals the van he stops to tell his three friends to bring his and Elliott's bikes and to meet up at the playground, so we can surmise that Harvey went along with Steve, Tyler, and Greg (and the extra two bikes) to the playground, and when all the boys took off with ET they presumably told Harvey to stay put and wait at the van.

Suggested correction: Mary doesn't get "dark paint" on her cheek when she hugs Elliot. When Mary's standing at the fridge door speaking to the police officer, she's still wearing her Halloween dress and the mark on her right cheek is the black heart (part of her Halloween makeup). This mark is still visible on her cheek in the wide shot (viewed on Blu-ray) when she tells Elliot she's sorry that she yelled at him, and sits Elliott down on the kitchen seat.

Super Grover

Right after she hugs Elliot there's a wide angle where she says "Sorry" and her cheek is spotless. Screenshot uploaded.

Sacha

Corrected entry: When Frank first appears his heels are black and white, but from the lab scene and after, he's not changed clothes but his heels are different and all black. (00:25:15 - 00:41:25)

Correction: When Frank first appears he's wearing the black/silver cape with black/silvery white platform shoes. After Frank gets into the lift and heads up to the lab, we don't see Frank onscreen again until Brad and Janet are brought up to the lab. Until then there's plenty of time offscreen for Frank to put on his green surgical gown and all black platforms.

Love Actually (2003)

Corrected entry: Joanna is missing a tooth on her right side while performing in the school concert but at the airport the tooth is missing on her left side - film flip.

Correction: First, I should point out that none of the shots of Joanna at the concert or at the airport are actually flipped. That said, during the concert we see 10 year old Joanna has already lost her right (viewer's left) primary cuspid (canine), but still has her left primary cuspid (it looks smallish like a primary and not a larger permanent cuspid). The next time we see Joanna it's at the airport, and now her left primary cuspid has also fallen out (perfectly realistic at her age to have certain loose primary teeth), but since there was plenty of time offscreen for this to occur in between the two scenes, this is not a continuity error.

Spider-Man (2002)

Corrected entry: When Peter and his uncle are talking in the car, and the camera is on Peter, you can see lots of plants and bushes in the background. When he gets out of the car, there are no plants or bushes. (00:34:45)

Correction: The main library entrance is flanked by two marble lions and a plaza on its north and south sides. In the shots facing Peter in the car, the camera faces the south library plaza with its "plants/bushes" parallel to the car (note the kiosk topped by a pediment, one of two kiosks that used to be on the north and south plazas). Then, when Peter gets out of the car the plants/bushes haven't actually disappeared, it's just that the angle of the camera is now turned more northward toward the entrance, so we simply can't see the south plaza, though if the camera turned a bit to the left we would see it's still directly across the street from Peter. See street here.

Extant (2014)

Correction: I watched this with others and we hear Lucy say "Molly" not "Halle".

Super Grover

Corrected entry: Towards the start, when the president and the first lady are in the limo, between shots, her seatbelt is off, then on. (00:05:25)

Correction: In the shots of the President and First Lady, facing their left, it's a bit too dark to see it, but she is indeed wearing her seatbelt. Even when she makes the comment about shaving her head, the seatbelt can be seen over her shoulder by her left arm, whereas in the other angles (overhead shots of her alone and shots facing their right side) the seatbelt is near her neck. (To confirm this I watched the DVD with my DVD player's settings on bright).

Drowning Mona (2000)

Corrected entry: When Chief Rash and Ellie are in the diner talking, Ellie pulls some nail polish out of her bag and shakes it up and the shot changes to Rona, then back to Ellie and the nail polish colour has changed from dark purple to light.

Correction: We see the bottle of nail polish Ellie uses in five shots, and it never changes.

I Love Lucy (1951)

The Saxophone - S2-E5

Corrected entry: When Ricky goes to use the phone after he finds out about the fake man, he swings the wires on the phone, knocking something on the desk down. The camera goes to a man and then back to the desk, were the thing is standing back up as though it was never moved.

*BleuFever

Correction: When Ricky dials the phone to call Jule, at the musicians' union, a small object falls over beside the telephone, and then it cuts to Jule picking up the ringing phone and saying hello to Ricky, but it's not until the shot cuts back to Ricky that we see the little object is upright again, which Ricky simply did while he was offscreen.

The Indian Show - S2-E24

Corrected entry: While Fred, Ethel and Ricky are doing their number the shadow of the boom mike can be seen on the wall with the curtains leading to the backstage area.

Correction: When Ricky, Fred, and Ethel are rehearsing their number, and also during their actual performance of the song "Pass That Peace Pipe", there is no shadow of the boom mic visible on either of the walls with door curtains, stage left or right.

Apollo 13 (1995)

Corrected entry: The film features a portable cassette player. The first commercial portable cassette player (The Sony Walkman TPS-L2) wasn't released until July 1, 1979, 9 years after the Apollo 13 mission. (01:36:20)

Correction: It is not the Sony Walkman TPS-L2 of 1979 that we see in the film. It's the Sony model TC-50 that was used on NASA space missions. See here: http://www.walkmancentral.com/products/tc-50 (at this website we can also find the TPS-L2).

The Goonies (1985)

Corrected entry: When the Goonies come across the body of Chester Copperpot, Mikey finds a Lou Gehrig baseball card in Chester's wallet. Chester Copperpot died in 1933 and Lou Gehrig didn't become a baseball player until the '70s. There's no way that card should be there.

Correction: Gehrig was the first baseman for the NY Yankees from 1923 until 1939, when he retired due to his ALS (nicknamed "Lou Gehrig's disease") diagnosis. He died in 1941.
